Other Notes:
-Finished 5 miles in exactly 45mins= 6.6667 mph average.
-Was only going to only run a 1+3.2 sorta thing, but got in the zone and ran until the treadmill maxed
out and coincidentally the wellness center was closing in 10 minutes after i got done. Lucky timing.
-Weighed 193 lbs. before and 190/1 after. :)
-All in all, feel great. Results are coming, gut fading, and abs showing though.
-I'm feeling like a half-marathon is no question. I'm Looking forward to eventually running a marathon. That will probably be next summer, though (summer of 2012). Although, I could see myself attempting a full marathon towards the end of the summer if my training keeps up with no snags...

-physics test tomorrow i feel pretty ready for. I'm guna pull an all nighter to catch up on dynamics and jam any last bit of physics-knowledge into my skull. Diet mountain dew and sunflower seeds are my friends
-I pooped twice today!
-also found it hard to keep out of all my new food. goin back to the "large quantities of egg and chicken" diet tomorrow. We'll see how the road trip treats my diet. I'll make a prep-list and set "cheating"limits tomorrow so I can keep up these AWESOME results.
-guna lift with Mr. Smallwood sometime this weekend.
-Leave for Tahoe & San Jose/Francisco Monday morning with luke and steve.
-Going to the last home Sioux game ever on Saturday with Steve. His mom bailed and I bought him a case of beer (to share =S) in exchange.
-I'll have to remember to keep it to 3 OR 4 DRINKS. (110 calories & 7g carbs each)
