*Weighed 197lbs before (194 after)

Other Notes:
Running was harder than normal, more mental than anything, I think. Gotta get some new running music.
Luke Doesn't have HIV
Went to PLC.
Bought $160 in groceries.
Found a 6.5 mile loop to run when the snow melts...
-Loaf to Parking Ramp to Wal-mart to Target and back to the Loaf again.
